 I’m Apurupa Vemula. I love solving messy problems and turning complex systems into clear, human centered experiences.
 

Over the past few years, I’ve worked on large scale technology systems at Amazon that power seamless experiences for millions of people. My background in data science and AI helps me think in systems, how information flows, how decisions are made, and how intelligent design can simplify complexity.

I enjoy connecting data, design, and human behavior to build products that actually make a difference. What keeps me curious is understanding why something matters and finding simple, thoughtful ways to make technology feel more human.

Outside of work, I lead community events, mentor early career engineers, and dive into creative projects that mix tech, storytelling, and design. When I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me behind a camera, curating playlists, or sketching ideas for the café bookstore I’ll open one day.

Right now, I’m exploring opportunities where I can bring together AI, product thinking, and human insight to create meaningful, user centric experiences.
